Processing & Shipping Time:

Orders placed before 2 PM (local time) will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery:

Kuwait: Free shipping on all orders.
GCC Countries: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

No Refunds: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Warranty Policy

Coverage:

All products come with a 6‑month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims:

Depending on the case, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit.
